About my YOGA STYLES
Aligned Flow, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
I have completed 500h of Yoga Teacher Training.
200h in Aligned Flow, which combines traditional asanas (Hatha system) with meditation, breath practices, Vinyasa and Yin/restorative elements. It is an intuitive, accessible and inclusive style of teaching yoga through asana practice. It allows students to experience yoga based on their body's abilities, as well as limitations, making it a unique and positive experience for everyone in the class.
300h in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga style is all about discipline, repetition and continuous improvement through regular practice where focus is on connecting movement and breathing.
I combine both, strict Eastern and intuitive Western, styles to bring you a technique that aligns your mind, body and spirit into wholenessness.
